clowand currently ships within the United States. We show the available shipping cost and delivery promise before payment.
United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1 business day and normally arrive in 3-5 business days.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Smaller orders show the applicable rate at checkout.
When your order ships, we send the tracking number to the email used at checkout. You can also use our Track Order page.
Please check your address before payment. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if an address is incorrect, a package is damaged, or tracking shows a delivery problem.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Used hygiene products should not be shipped back; if you are not satisfied, contact us for a satisfaction refund. See the full Refund Policy.
